Cholesterol Experiment Day 2
Morning supplements:
- 500mg Slo-Niacin
- 2,000mg Vitamin C
Well, it’s Halloween after all. No CBO today. My son had a friend over for trick-or-treating and we got a pizza – I ate three pieces. Also drank 3 beers with it! Snagged some Snickers minis from my kids’ candy bags. I told you I wasn’t 100% clean…. Standard sweetened organic shredded wheat with 2% milk for breakfast. Snacked most of the day, some good (fruit, organic burrito) some not (aforementioned Snickers and Doritoes)
Sat on the porch in my ninja outfit (my leftover Kung Fu uniform from when I took it in Japan), with my zombie ninja mask. Scared kids. Great fun.
I ran in the afternoon – 2 miles. I don’t time myself and it would probably be more accurate to call is jogging than running.

- 2,500mg Vitamin C
- 23mg Policosanol
- 200mcg Chromium Polynicotinate
