Cholesterol Experiment Day 21
Morning supplements:
- 500mg Slo-Niacin
- 2,000mg Vitamin C
- 200mcg Chromium Polynicotinate
Bagel – day – 1 asiago cheese and 1/2 of a cinnamon raisin. Protein smoothie after the workout.
Gym today:
- Dead Lift: 135×6, 225×5, 275×5,315×5, 345×5
- Bench Press: 95×10, 105×10, 115×8, 125×8, 135×6
- Hanging Clean to press: 100×5, 100×5, 100×5
- Seated Military Press: 105×10, 105×8
- Bent over Barbell Row: 145×6, 145×5
- Chin-ups: 10,10
- Behind the Back Dips: 12, 12
My daughter and a friend wanted a ride to the mall to see Fourth Kind, so I obliged. While they saw Fourth Kind (which they said was awful), my son and I saw Planet 51. Like most animated kids movies, it had some pop culture references only someone over 30 would recognize, and one or two going back even further than that. It was a mild and unremarkable movie, but we enjoyed it together.
