Cholesterol Experiment Day 23
Morning supplements:
- 500mg Slo-Niacin
- 2,000mg Vitamin C
- 200mcg Chromium Polynicotinate
Ate CBO for most of the day, broke down in the afternoon when I took my daughter to club volleyball tryouts. We stopped at Panera and I got a PBJ on sourdough. Man was it good!
Ran two miles.
I grilled chicken thighs: ate two, along with small serving of noodles and some yellow squash.
Evening Supplements:
- 500mg Slo-Niacin
- 2,500mg Vitamin C
- 23mg Policosanol
- 200mcg Chromium Polynicotinate
