- 200mcg Chromium Polynicotinate
CBO again today, snack pack of trail mix after my workout. Two glasses of Chardonney again – I should stop keeping wine in the house!
Weights today:
- Squats: 135×5, 185×5, 225×5, 255×5
- Bench Press: 145×5, 145×5, 155×5, 165×5
- Hanging Clean to press: 100×5, 100×5, 100×5
- Seated Military Press: 95×10, 95×10
- 1-Arm Upright Dumbbell Row: 25×6, 30×6
- Chin-ups: 10,10
- Behind the Back Dips: 12, 12
- Sit-ups: 50
- Push-ups: 42
Evening Supplements:
- 500mg Slo-Niacin
- 2,500mg Vitamin C
- 23mg Policosanol
- 200mcg Chromium Polynicotinate
Reading back I said I would post my weight and I haven’t done that. I weighted myself before bed and came in at 185.5, which is the exact same as I weighted when I started this.
