Cholesterol Experiment Day 8

Morning supplements:

Friday is bagel day, because I buy them for the team. Finished off my CBO for breakfast (like 10 bites); had an Asiago cheese bagel with garden herb cream cheese (just enough for flavor) and a raisin cinamon bagel with plain cream cheese in the afternoon. Sushi for dinner with a beer.

I should have previously mentioned that I drink 1/2 a cup of coffee each day, no cream or sugar.

Workout:

Low carb, strawberry protein smoothie after the workout.

Got my cholesterol results!
