Cholesterol Experiment Day 8
Morning supplements:
- 500mg Slo-Niacin
- 2,000mg Vitamin C
- 200mcg Chromium Polynicotinate
Friday is bagel day, because I buy them for the team. Finished off my CBO for breakfast (like 10 bites); had an Asiago cheese bagel with garden herb cream cheese (just enough for flavor) and a raisin cinamon bagel with plain cream cheese in the afternoon. Sushi for dinner with a beer.
I should have previously mentioned that I drink 1/2 a cup of coffee each day, no cream or sugar.
Workout:
- Deadlift: 135×6, 185×6, 225×5, 275×5, 315×5
- Dumbell Press: 40×8, 45×8, 50×8, 55×8, 60×8
- Clean to Press: 95×5, 95×5, 105×5, 105×5
- Pullups/Dips: 10/10, 10/10
- Concentraton Curl Smith Machine: 65×10
- Triceps Extension Smith Machine: 50×10
- 50 situps
- 42 pushups
Low carb, strawberry protein smoothie after the workout.
