Ate CBO for most of the day, broke down in the afternoon when I took my daughter to club volleyball tryouts. We stopped at Panera and I got a PBJ on sourdough. Man was it good!

Had to work today. Ended up being a rest day. Ate a smoked turkey breast sandwich from Panaera, snacked on a bag of Sun Chips and a pack of M&Ms.
