Is the Bowflex Tread-climber worth the cost and is it easy to assemble?
Jessy asked:
I would have to put it together myself, so I am wondering what its like once i have it (if I get it). Do you really see more results by working out on the treadclimber?

No. It’s mostly hype. Check out a local health club and try a tread-mill or something similar.

Personally, if I were to choose a home exercise machine, bowflex would be it. Although nothing substitutes free weights in a gym, a bowflex stimulates the muscles really well and you can go up very high in weight. The drawback is that it requires the use of a LOT of assister muscles, which are pretty weak, so you’ll never see the same strength gains as from free weights.
My brother and mom both own one and I use it when visiting them, and I get a surprisingly good workout from it. It’s great for those who simply cannot make it to a decent gym.
