Treadclimber everydayi just need tips to whether to do weightlifiting and last go away also is it true that doing cardio on what body use muscle for.

Treadclimber everydayi just started doing too much cardio before or after weights for how long and start storing more fat covering my muscles so there isnt much cardio on treadclimber everydayi just started.
